Many early cars were largely handmade and works of art, and largely unaffordable to the middle classes. This week, we see how Henry Ford changed the industry and society. Let's consider his innovations and the other cases this week.

2. Dan Price of Gravity Payments helped his workers by raising their pay. Do you believe his actions will be as influential in society as Henry Ford was? Why or why not?
3. Should managers do more to insure their organizations and their products don't pollute as shown in the video with the golf balls in the ocean? Alternatively, should others like the consumers (e.g., golfers or golf courses) or government responsible? What would an exceptional manager do?
