In 2020, ABC Inc, a technology company in Canada received a patent for an invention related to a computer chip. Since 2020, Compute Right Ltd has been working to improve on the computer chip invention for which ABC Inc received a patent. Just recently in 2024, Compute Right Ltd made a breakthrough in their work to make the computer chip technology better. They succeeded in creating a more powerful and efficient computer chip way better than the patented computer chip invented by ABC Inc. But Compute Right Ltd has a major problem, they cannot use their computer chip invention without infringing on ABC Inc patented chip technology. Computer Right Ltd has tried to avoid this problem but to no avail
