Although at this time many plastic flower pots are offered, the demand for clay flower pots has not decreased and it tends to continue to increase.

Besides flower pots for ornamental plants, PT Sinar Surya also plans to produce ceramic displays. At the current location, the available raw material supplies are only for the next 3 years with the amount of basic raw materials of 400 kg per month. The raw material used to produce Bungan's pots is twice as large as for the production of displays. While the time needed to work on a flower pot of 0.75 from the time of making the display with the machine working time for 1 month is 240 hours. The variable cost of the flower pot is Rp. 30,000 while the display is Rp. 40,000. Meanwhile, the selling price of flower pots is Rp. 50,000 and a display of Rp. 70,000

In 2020, the demand for PT Sinar Surya's flower pot production is increasing, it has even exceeded its production capacity. To meet the needs of these consumers, PT Sinar Surya collaborates with PT Terang Bulan in Bekasi and PT Lampu Pijar in Kerawang. Meanwhile, PT Sinar Surya itself is located in Bogor Regency. The production capacity, requirements and transportation costs for each region are as follows.
