In 2021, under the direction of the CPA provincial bodies, the Concept Map Task Force (CMTF) released a draft of a new Competency Map, CM 2.0. The aim of the new map is to be relevant, reflect workplace expectations and requirements, and set a reasonable expectation on the volume of knowledge, skills, attributes, and competencies that can be learned and assessed.
