1. Create a story of a person in distress that is coming into your office for therapy. (Think about all of those medical shows where people come in with a list of complaints for the doctor to come up with a diagnosis... I want you to do something like this).

2. Give enough detail that this person's life is believable. Make sure to include specific delusions, symptoms, manifestations etc.  

3. At the end, diagnose this person with a disorder. The reader should be able to agree based on the symptoms you provided.
