In a 3 to 5 substantive paragraphs, post your thoughts about what you have learned about yourself as a leader. Describe what the assessments have revealed about your leadership preferences as well as where you believe you have room to grow. Think about your leadership aspirations and articulate your plan for developing into that leader. Think in terms of next steps, thinking long term does not always translate into action. However, never loose sight of the long term aspiration. Steven Covey always recommended "to begin with the end in mind". The plan for now should be the logical next step that is realistic and within your ability to execute. Think in terms of the next couple of years.
