In a biomass pyrolysis process, 1 0 5 0 k g of wood chips containing 4 6 % moisture ( by weight ) is fed

In a biomass pyrolysis process, 1050kg of wood chips containing 46% moisture (by weight) is fed into sequential processes. Initially, all of the moisture content was removed in a dryer at 105C.
In the second step, a reactor for pyrolysis is used. The pyrolysis reaction produces three main products: biochar, bio-oil, and off-gas. The composition of these products is as follows: Biochar: 25% of the feedstock mass; Bio-oil: 30% of the feedstock mass; Off gas: the remaining feedstock mass.
The one-third of the Biochar is used as fertilizer in agricultural applications. The remaining part is sent to a furnace for the graphitization process, which is conducted at 2000C for 24 hours under an Argon atmosphere. It is known that the yield of the final process is 46%.
Using the information above,
a) Draw a flowsheet with details denoting the amounts, streams, and units in accordance with their functions.
b) Mass of moisture in the feedstock.
c) Mass of dry wood chips fed into the Pyrolysis reactor.
d) Mass of each pyrolysis product (biochar, bio-oil, and off-gas) produced.
e) Total mass of Pyrolysis products.
f) Mass percentage of each product relative to the total mass of pyrolysis products
g) Mass of finally obtained graphite.
