In a c program use the Linux command line "one-liner" to find the frequencies of all the CPU cores on the Linux machine and store results into file_name.txt. Then round each CPU frequency to the nearest integer value. Then store each rounded frequencies into a packed 64 bit unsigned integer using bitwise operation and make any constants 64b.
