Exercise at a moderate or vigorous intensity with HR above $110$ BPM$.$ Leader controls this!

The leader records both HRs & both RPEs near the end of each minute.

The leader should take BP at rest and $1BP$ measure any time during exercise.

When there are $2HRs$ in consecutive minutes within $5$ BPM$,$ go $1$ more minute. Then stop.
