After taking resting measures, perform a 2-minute warmup and then begin exercise data collection.
Exercise at a moderate or vigorous intensity with HR above 110 BPM. Leader controls this!
The leader records both HRs & both RPEs near the end of each minute.
The leader should take BP at rest and 1BP measure any time during exercise.
When there are 2HRs in consecutive minutes within 5 BPM, go 1 more minute. Then stop.
Calculate all data. Show work.
