In a research with ONG on different aspects (level of difficulty, implementation costs, quality difficulty, implementation costs, quality improvement, etc.) concerning the implementation of international standards for quality management systems we obtained from a random sample of 25 ONG, the of 25 ONG, the costs attributable to consulting services during the implementation of the standards and the certification process. Computer processing of the data obtained leads to the following results.
