in a Texas civil matter is a guardian ad litem who is also an attorney but not put in dual role. there is also a attorney ad litem and there are separate kids can the guardian ad litem participate in vior dire? and things like that what's the limitations and any case law ? this is hypothetical . anybody know the scope of the role in civil matters
