In accordance with AASB15, sales should not be recognised as revenue by the seller at the time of sale if:

a. the sale is transacted at a value more than its fair value

b. no payment has been made

c. the selling price is below the cost

d. the buyer has a right to return the product, and the amount of future returns cannot be reasonably estimated
