In all of the provided learning information, what I found the most helpful was time management and stress management tips and strategies. I do feel more prepared for future courses with the many areas of learning how to better manage my time, person, work and school and analyzing stress and its possible triggers. Understanding that there are various ways to view stress and knowing what is controllable and what is uncontrollable can be helpful in being centered, calm and in control. Techniques such as breathing, positive self-talk and positive imagery, those are all very helpful for when stressors rear their heads. These techniques are also helpful when learning to manage your time appropriately, such as seeing any task as a challenge, breaking up bigger task into smaller task to complete over time, placing all task and what will be done in a calendar/schedule to stay ahead of your due date and communicate with your peers and professor, if you are in need of help or clarity
