In Angela's case, Ms. Frame signed a fee contract wherein she agreed to keep current on all monthly bills. Bills have been sent out monthly. Ms. Frame is now more than $6,000 delinquent on her account. We would like to withdraw from representing her but are concerned about our ethical obligations surrounding withdrawing from a client's case based solely on a failure to pay attorney fees.
