1. In August 1999, Sonja Student rented an apartment near campus for $200 per month for a one-year term. In February 2000, Sonja wrote her landlord a note stating that "I am leaving this dump because the lock on the front door never works, and I'm not going to pay you another dime." She will be able to abandon the premises and stop paying rent even though:
   1. The apartment is located in a rural area of South Coleman where no one ever locks their doors.
   2. Sonja never told the landlord that the lock did not work.
   3. The lease stated that Sonja waived any warranties of habitability.
   4. Sonja replaced the original door with one of her own choosing.
