In Australia, Clause 18 of Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 prohibits conduct which is misleading or deceptive or which is likely to mislead and deceptive. It is therefore applied to the transactions:

A. Only in which consumers are mislead

B. In which the consumer is or likely to be mislead or deceived

C. Only in which consumers are deceived

D. Only in which the consumer is mislead or deceived
