The situation could be work related, school related, volunteer related or family related, etc. Describe the situation and the behavior$($s$)$ exhibited. How did it make you feel? Were you more motivated to contribute and put in additional effort? What was the outcome? Did it succeed and was it more or less successful due to the behavior exhibited by the transformational leader?
