In Chapter 2 of the textbook, there was a discussion of "Task" performance and "Citizenship Behaviors." Clearly, it would be ideal to have coworkers or subordinates who are high in both, but that is often not the case. If you had coworker or subordinate who was strong on one type and quite weak on the other, which one would you prefer her/him to be strong on, and why?

What do you think would be better to base promotions and pay raises on? Task performance or citizenship behaviors?
