In Chapter 7, Judge quotes Malcolm Gladwell's excellent observation that "...the world may seem like an immovable, implacable place. It is not. With the slightest pushin just the right placeit can be tipped" (Gladwell, 2002). This can be true in many contexts - whether on the organizational level or the individual. I am sure you have seen this happen in your own lives, so please share a story in which you or someone you observed made a very small change that had a profound outcome.
