In critique the most and least effective moments in general of the entire 20 minutes based on their use of fundamental social work skills including engagement, empathy, and, active listening skills. Again, DO NOT identify the most effective use of skills per student (i.e., do not identify 2 moments) but the most effective moment (1moment) between the 2 students and the least effective moment between the 2 students (1 moment). Included should be a discussion about what could have done differently and how that would have helped
