As you have been learning from your papers throughout this course, there is always a need to look towards the future, and many disagreements exist over how to effectively tackle these impending challenges today and tomorrow. How should global leaders address these future concerns? Will the gaps widen or narrow? Select a scenario from the National Intelligence Councils publication Global Trends 2030: Alternative Worlds and briefly discuss how international development, human rights, and the global environment will change, as postulated by the scenario you selected. Discuss positive and/or negative impacts to international development, human rights, and the global environment, and if the gaps between states will widen or close.
