In Dr. Williams TedX talk on how to create economic value, he shared a very interesting story that he learned from his father on how to create economic value. His father taught him that people pay more for more goods and services. Bill explained how an ordinary cup of coffee which one can easily make at home cost a few cents while the coffee from the coffee shop cost a few dollars. In this era, most people wake up and are in a rush so they decide to have breakfast in deli shops which have its own experience. Someone in the deli shop can serve you breakfast and pour coffee which has its own experience
