The hospital administrators have raised some questions pertaining to the optimization of the system. Your team needs to answer them with quality and cost factors in mind. Your task is to analyze the situation based on all the prior decisions made by you, evaluate the system that was selected in Week 3, and present your findings regarding the following:

1. Inventory the functions that are available with the new system.
2. Note how any of those functions can be optimized (theoretically).
3. From your multiple ideas for optimization (completed in Q #2), identify three of them. Present them to Jim with some justifications on why you believe the organization should prioritize the selected three.
