In family law there is an option to enter into a domestic contract. There are a number of different kinds of domestic contracts.

a. Explain one difference between a marriage contract and a cohabitation agreement.

b. Explain two matters that can be included in both a marriage contract and a cohabitation agreement and one matter that cannot be.

c. It is an option for spouses to enter into such a contract, explain if you either would or would not enter such a contract and give one reason for your answer.
