In healthcare Organizations, managers are usually the employees making decisions that would affect all the employees of the organization. Different types of decision-making can be used in healthcare organizations. I will be talking about incremental decisions, in this decision-making approach, the "decision is made by making small decisions, that would eventually lead to making a big decision. This step of approach does not follow the orderly, linear sequences of steps when deciding. In incremental decision-making, a big complex decision is gradually made from a series of small decisions during a lengthy period that may involve backing up to further diagnose problems, rethink ideas, and revise prior choices" (Olden, 2019)
