Establishing a clear chartering goal, as advocated in our teamwork chapter, would have provided the necessary direction and purpose. Defining specific objectives, the desired grade, and the expected time commitment could have aligned our team members more cohesively. Moreover, the need for established norms, values, roles, and accountabilities slowed our progress. Had we embraced these foundational elements, confusion would have been minimized, and collaborative efforts could have flourished.
