If the second parameter is positive or negative zero then the result will be 1.0.

If the second parameter is 1.0 then the result will be same as that of the first parameter.

-Create a function called fizz(). It takes one integer as a parameter.

The function fizz will print every number from 0 to n. For every number that is a multiple of 5, the function will print "fizz" instead.

There are some special cases as listed below:

If the parameter is 0, then the result will be just 0.

If the parameter is less than 0, the result will be just 0.
