Program 2 - Write an application which plays a number guessing game: the program picks a random number between one and one hundred inclusive. The user then guesses the number and the program tells the user whether the guess is higher or lower than the target number. This should repeat until the user guesses correctly. Once the user has guessed correctly the program will tell the user how many guesses it took, and offer to play the game again.
