In Landlord and Tenant Board Form L2 Instructions, it says:

"Note: If you are filing the Form L2 Application to End a Tenancy and Evict a Tenant after giving the tenant a Notice to End your Tenancy, you must file the Form L2 no later than 30 days after the termination date set out in the Notice to End your Tenancy"

When a tenanthasabandonedtherentalunitandhasstopped payingrent, and the landlord use the form L2 to apply to the LTB for an order to end the tenancy without notice. Is the 30 days deadline still applies? If yes, when is the starting date?
