In lecture, we discussed the article \"lm migration Restrictions as Active Labor Market Policy: Evidence from the Mexican Bracero Exclusion". Some states had \"high exposure\" to the Bracero program (that is, a high fraction of Bracero workers before the program concluded in 1965) and some states had \"low exposure\" to the program (a low fraction of Bracero workers before 1965).
