In LFM_Report2, using database commands as demonstrated in class, create a summary table analyzing the 1-day, 1-week and 1-month order rate by day of week and day of month. The business question is whether order rates vary depending on day of week or periods of the month (e.g. close to or immediately after monthly pay days). Collapse (using OR criteria) days of month to combined row categories of 01-07 days, 08-15 days, 16-23 days, and 24 days or more. Do not average the number of orders. Rather simply count all orders of greater than zero and divide by the total number of occurrences of the weekday or day of month to produce a percentage order rate.
