In many instances it is a good idea to use graphical representations to support the text in reports or business documents. Conduct research and find graphics or illustrations that might be used in documents providing information about the following:

1. research results relating to increases or decreases in unemployment
2. information about staff turnover that might be presented at a meeting of the board
3. organisational profit and loss figures
4. an increase in sales in an organisation

Copy and paste these into a document, label it, save it and print it.
