In many organizations the Human Resources Department (HR) provides employees and managers with ethics training. Many of the Fortune 500 companies have a Code of Ethics. The "Basic Model of Ethical Decision Making," has six steps that serve as a guide to solving an ethical dilemma. Please discuss this model by providing the following: 1. Identify an issue you are facing or have faced professionally (only share what you're comfortable discussing) 2. Address the issue using the Ethical Decision Making Model as a guide 3. Be sure to address and label all six (6) steps
