Evaluate the company's financial health based on each category of ratios. I understand Ratio analysis is a way to find out about a company's cash flow, business efficiency, profitability, and ability to pay its debts. Looking at a company's financial statistics over a two-year period can tell you a lot about its financial health. Liquidity ratios measure a company's ability to pay its short-term debts when they come due. The current ratio and the quick ratio are two key liquidity measures. Current Ratio is another means of expressing the relationship between current assets and current liabilities. A significant increase over two years could mean improved cash management or increased current assets. But I don't know if .38 is a significant change. Working capital is a significant change of almost $4M I am just unsure of the rest.
