  • Chapter 7: Implementing An Organizational Assessment

Step 2

Postan initial response in at least 400 wds. Please include material from the course reading in your initial post. The initial post should includeat leasttwo in-text citations and references for your sources. Include the following in your response:

1. Harrison uses the term of DIAGNOSIS to address the concepts of Assessment and Evaluation. After Reviewing Chapters 1 and 2 and watching the videos critically assess in detail at least four (4) benefits of the "systems" model in the assessment process. Please provide a definition of the open system perspective as it relates to assessment.
2. Define the concept of the Life Cycle Approach. Then critically assess in detail at least three (3) benefits and three (3) detractors in using the Life Cycle Approach in Assessment. What is the value of using assessment in addressing long standing issues in the organization based on life cycle approach?
