In my capacity as the HR Director of a medium-sized international company, I would want to bring to the attention of the C-Suite leadership the critical necessity of comprehending the cultural distinctions between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States prior to expanding into the latter. This talk will address why it's important to recognize cultural differences, how Saudi Arabian culture differs and is similar to the US, how operating in Saudi Arabia necessitates organizational adjustments, and what the HR department and leadership can do to better prepare for opening a location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. elaborate
