in my current clinical trial I have a client that tantrums, avoids work, criies beacsue they are not first, needs verbal prompts and has a hard time staying on task and has a hard time talking to peers. Discuss the current clinical situation and identify existing intentional or unintentional motivating operations. Discuss ways to take advantage of existing motivating operations to support behavior change, and ways to contrive motivating operations if needed
