In my opinion, Lack of demonstration commitment and responsibility from top leadership is a barrier to getting employees involved with the safety and health efforts. We all know that health and safety culture is considered as the main factor in terms of identifying the effectiveness of a safety system. Culture is also in accordance with behavior, everyday actions and decisions in health and safety policies even though it is a major essential to combine core values based on policy into the whole process of executing and keeping good health and safety behavior.
