In my opinoin, compensation is the full monetary payout or package someone recieves in exchange for completing a set of actions or a role that is expected of them in accordance with the compensation they recieve. I feel the meaning of compensation that is most appropiate from an employee's view is return. I think employee's feel their compensation should be based on the quality and demand of their work. Employee's who take pride it their work and effort feel their compensation should match their work output and compensation should be a form of return on that
