In my own understanding, the word deliverables and work packages are set of tasks that has to be completed on a daily basis. These also covers the metrics and the action plan to meet the mission and vision of the business. Lastly, when we say deliverables, these are the distributed tasks that has to be completed by a certain team or individual with an organization. 2. The main deliverable identified for the project in my team assignment is the hygiene metrics or the Compliance part. Our deliverable are composed of daily, weekly and monthly audits of all agents and support conversation. We are responsible to provide a these reports to clients to make sure that all employees are doing the right thing. 3. Our team decompose the work packages and deliverables in different ways. As an example of that is through Zoom Meeting. The team will have at least 2 hours meetings through Zoom or other communication platform like MS Teams to discuss what has to be focused on.
