In my personal opinion, I believe that once you get a job it is a lot easier to keep it and maintain that status. There are many things that can both positively and negatively impact your ability to maintain your job status. First off, social media is a big issue for some people. As social media continues to grow and expand into people's lives, for both work and business, this can also hurt a lot of employees. You should always keep your personal social media private, and keep it more family friendly oriented. Future employers, and present employers, are constantly on social media so you never know what they may find. Posting pictures and videos of NSFW activities you may do can impact your job life, and these can include nudity, gore, drugs or violence. Now, there are some positive measures you could incorporate as well. Going out of your way to learn how things work so that you can make them more efficient, or thinking out of the box and finding a new way of doing things that could reduce costs and downtime.
