In my personal professional future, I believe that the biggest change driver is external to my organization. For example, as we saw in Module 1, COVID-19 had a huge impact in terms of working arrangement and remote work. In my organization, we work a lot with the student-facing population and the job market, and COVID-19 had a significant impact on our co-op employment rate, as well as how we facilitated interviews between employers and students. This in turn, also changed our working arrangement significantly, as almost everyone was sent to work from home. As we're a few years out of the pandemic now, this external change driver is still making an impact, as we have yet to return fully in-person, and we're not sure if we ever will. Furthermore, another external change driver that we see making a move within our organization is the implementation of AI, specifically things like ChatGPT or Jenni AI. We were actually sent an email just yesterday from our department head as to how we can use generative AI to transform various aspects of our work, and we were given a licensed version of Microsoft CoPilot to test and try out.
