In October 2019, Joni with the approval of Amir and Qie agreed verbally with DoubleQ Sdn Bhd (DoubleQ) to lease a premisenear Subang to be used by the new company. It was agreed that the premise can be occupied by November 2019, however a lease agreement will only be executed after the company was incorporated. After the incorporation of AQJ Services , a lease agreement was signedbetween AQJ Servicesand DoubleQ commencing from January 2020 for two years.Recently Double Q send a letter of demand for the rental payment for November and December 2019.

Hi, i would be glad if you provide me a solution on this. The above mentioned is the fact. Thus, Im having a trouble to understand whether the the DoubleQ may claim the rent for november and december.
