1. looking back from the vantage point of the end of the semester, reflect on the course's trajectory as a discovery journey in the nonprofit and philanthropic world. Think about your understanding of the nonprofit sector at the beginning of the semester and reflect how you evolved over the past months and how this knowledge can be beneficial.
2. Reread the discussion forums (your and your classmates' responses to the discussion questions). Do you notice any themes, patterns, evolution of thinking in relation to how nonprofits work and what it means to work for a nonprofit organization.
3. Reflect on the final group project. How was the collaborative project? What did you learn about your approach to team work? What was the impact of working as a group on a project that was unfamiliar to most if not all group members?

These questions are prompts that are not meant to be responded in order with your essay resulting in a list of responses. Develop a narrative that offers some sense of a pattern that has emerged from your experience during the course.
