In order to avoid to comply with some statutory requirements, if an employer asks his employee to enter into a contract for service, the status of the employee in fact remain unchanged, however, a new "contract for service" is signed to replace "contract of service" previously signed.

I don't think this is the right way and also industry best practice, however, some lawyers are advising businessman to do so.

Any cases can be quoted for this situation?
