In order to best fit the data, we need to shift the distribution to the left by subtracting a positive integer from the value of party size. Create a function, which takes a "shift" value as an input, subtracts that shift value from the party size data, and tries to fit the distribution from (a) to the shifted data. The function should output the p-value and parameter(s) of the distribution fit. Use this function to determine the shift that produces the best fit and the parameter(s) of the best fit distribution. (Hint: Use sapply on a vector of shifts and the function you wrote.)
