The next alternative that Snakes & Lattes might consider is to have all of its social media communications extend through just one account per platform that represents all of its franchises. This "cookie-cutter" approach that was mentioned by Mr. Slade would allow the cafe's corporate office to have complete control over the message it would like to convey to its social media followers.
