In our brief review of the bad news about international monetary policy, we learned that the European Central Bank (their version of our Federal Reserve Bank) has been printing, printing, and printing Euros since 2008 to help all the European governments pay for their large welfare state and other generous socialist programs (i.e. free college, free healthcare, extremely generous unemployment benefits, etc...). Conclusion: All of this money printing and electronic money expansion has been successful and has helped Europe build a very prosperous and powerful economy since 2008. They have been doing much better versus the U.S. in terms of GDP growth, lower unemployment, higher personal incomes, and record business profits. The European monetary policy since 2008 has been a huge success. True or False True False
