In our current Political climate with groups like Antifa attacking political rivals and others doing all they can to silence speech that does not agree with their own, there is also a rise in Hacktivism. There is also a large school of thought that all information should be available for anyone and there should be no secrets. There are cases like Bradly Manning and Edward Snowden who both did serious damage to US National Security but both claimed they did it for the right reasons. Both are considered Hacktivist heroes by some and traitors by others.

Q: What do you think of hacktivism's means to an end Justification? Under what conditions is it OK to Hack systems without the owners approval? Is there any? What about Government sponsored cyber operations?
