In our last project, a separate set of team members were allocated to address the quality issues especially risk management. Risk register was assigned on a rotating basis to the team members so that every member of the team is aware of the risks and know how to deal with them. Implementing this kind of approach as a new manager would help to improve the quality.r of the team
